We have developed a business model which helps small to medium sized businesses to shape their company and move it forward in a positive way with people and culture at the core. We use a unique approach which involves a physical pyramid-shaped representation of a business which appeals both visually and kinaesthetically. Our results so far have shown managers and staff becoming more engaged with the business vision and feeling empowered by the part they play in it. We welcome new opportunities to share our knowledge and help more companies to develop.

The model which we use for business development is equally as valuable in the field of personal development. It helps you maintain a balanced approach to your life, keeping your personal values and beliefs at the heart of all that you do. I was utterly intrigued if a little bemused by the pyramid concept but I was hooked immediately. It is an extremely powerful visual tool I use to understand scenarios and set goals.
The Pyramids make communicating these goals very easy and assessing our achievement of them crystal clear. I have never used a more powerful tool to focus priorities in our business or for myself.
I do think it is one of the best articulated frameworks I have ever seen.
